QUESTION:

In NowCerts:

  • Can batch invoices be scheduled to be emailed out ahead of time?  Like a reoccurring bill for a service that will never change amount each month?
  • When the insured gets the emailed invoice, can they click a link and make a payment online? 
  • Would invoice get marked as paid in NowCerts invoicing?

Is this a capability that NowCerts currently does or can do?

 

ANSWER:

Yes, Yes, and Yes!

 

- You can mark an invoice as "recurring" and it will send the same invoice at the frequency you specify.

- The insured can pay online by clicking on the "Click here to pay invoice" option (you need to establish an account with Integrity Pay beforehand).

- Once paid, the system will mark the Invoice as paid.
