Occasionally, certificate holders have names that do not fit into the space provided by Acord.
Example: The Large Corporation Head Quarter Services and/or its Parents, Subsidiaries, & Affiliates c/o Their other Entity Solutions, Inc. and all their other subsidiaries and assignees
We are somewhat limited in what we can do with the Acord forms (under the license agreement). So, what we have seen as common practice in these such cases is to use the shortened version of the holder's name in the "Name" field. Then, to put the holder's full name in the "Description of Operations" text box. If that isn't large enough, then push the text into the Acord 101.
Example: The Large Corporation Head Quarter Services
Then, in the "Description of Operations":
"The full Holder name is: The Large Corporation Head Quarter Services and/or its Parents, Subsidiaries, & Affiliates c/o Their other Entity Solutions, Inc. and all their other subsidiaries and assignees."
