"How do I change the insured on a policy?"
If, by some accident, a policy was assigned to the wrong insured, you can easily correct that. Follow these steps:
1. Under your main navigation menu, click on "Policies"
2. Under "List of Policies," locate the policy with the incorrectly assigned Insured, click on "Actions" next to the policy number, and then click on "Details"
3. On the policy's "Details" page, click on the green pencil button located just under your agency menu
4. Scroll down to the "Insured and State" field and use the drop-down menu to change the insured, or, type in the correct insured's name
5. Don't forget to click on "Update" to save the changes you made
