How do I get Items that have Multiples (Trucks, Drivers, Etc.) to Populate on the Form? : Nowcerts Support Center

For any item that has multiples (trucks, drivers, etc.), you need to use an index. The system will prompt you.

Here are the steps for mapping trucks: Say we want to map the VIN.

1. Click on the form field where you want the VIN to go

2. From the drop-down menu, select "Vehicle." The system will display something like this:

Vehicle [ ]. The [ ] is where the index goes.

3. So, for the first vehicle, enter "0"

4. Then, from the next drop-down menu, select the item you want mapped, such as the VIN

5. Repeat steps 1-4 for the next item, but this time increment the index to "1", then "2", ... etc.
