You may be asking: "How can I duplicate the ACORD 50 so that an insured can retain multiple (ACORD 50 insurance cards) to easily re-issue each year at renewal?"
NowCerts will generate them automatically (we have insureds with fleets of hundreds of units...).
In the insured's "Details" page, if you click on "Vehicles" under the "Insured Items" tab, you will see a gray "ID Card" button next to each vehicle. You will also see the option to download all of the ID cards in a ZIP file in the top right corner of the "Vehicles" field.
For this process to work, all vehicles must be linked to the Liability policy. Better yet, when the policy is renewed, the system knows (by the effective date) to generate ID cards with the new policy (in effect).
