We have a variety of reports that deal with "Renewals." We have a report called "X-Dates and Lines of Business" that is specifically designed for Prospects. There is a section for X-Dates in the Prospect records. Insureds do not need that as they have X-dates on policies. We have several reports to list those.
Finally, we have reports for "Policies" and Insureds/Prospects by referral source. The "Reports" page has a search function.
