You may be asking: "How do I remove an agent from NowCerts?"



There are 2 ways you can remove an agent from Nowcerts. To remove an agent from Nowcerts, follow one of these two methods:



Method #1


1. Under your agency menu, click on "Payments"




2. Remove an agent and modify your subscription






Method #2


1. Under your agency menu, click on "Agents"





2. Under the "Active Agents" list, next to the name of the agent you would like to remove, click on the green "Edit" (pencil) button





3. Under the "Account and Permissions" field, un-check the "Active" check box. The agent will be moved from the "Active Agents" list to the "Inactive Agents" list (at the bottom of the "Agents" page).
