You may be wondering: "Is there a way to view only "Active" accounts/policies?"



On the "Insureds" page, there is a filter for the list. The default filter is "Active."




On the "Policies" page, there is a similar filter for the list. The default filter is "All," but it lists "Active" and "Renewing" policies first, and then lists any inactive/"Cancelled"/"Expired" ones. There is no option to make "Active" the default filter.
