- Username and Password show as an error when trying to send a document from NowCerts into Formstack SIgn, yet you can use these same credentials to log in directly to our site.
Solution: We will need to contact Sign support and have us remove them from the Legacy Cognito Pool, then they will need to first login to our site the normal way to get the user recreated incognito then they can try logging in through NowCerts again.
- Issue with “you need to sign button’ sends the document into Field placement.
Workaround: Instead of using “I need to sign”, simply add yourself as a participant and enter your info.
