This will work for both Agency and Agent Commission statements. I went to MISCELLANEOUS > Accounting Items > Agency/Agent Statements. You will find from the pull-down menu to the left of the incorrect statement 2 options depending on your need and desired change:

1. Delete just Statement (leave Commissions Payments)

2. Delete Statement and Commission Payments
