If you are having issues deleting a file within NowCerts here are a couple of things to consider:

1- the page does not refresh automatically. So, you may have to refresh it manually in order to see the deleted file "gone". Refresh it by selecting Documents --> Files again or click on the URL line and hit "Enter".

2- if a file was uploaded a while ago, it may take a while to delete. The delete happens in 2 places. The first is the database and the second from the physical storage (or hard drive). We store millions of files, so an older file may have been "archived" and it may take a few seconds for the system to complete the delete.If the file is still there, try again. If the file is stubborn, try deleting it up to 3 times (wait 10-15 seconds between). If still no luck, then email us the name of the file, but usually, if you wait a while, the system will delete the file, then update and refresh itself.
