"My agent can't see anything!"  Although this is frustrating, it is easy to fix.  In the permissions for each user is the "view only" permissions which limit the user access to insureds, policies, tasks, service requests, and opportunities assigned to a user.  To open up a user's access simply uncheck the desired permission  Please find the following screenshots.  I hope this helps!  Let us know if you have questions.  Have a great rest of your day!
