"My agent can't see anything!" Although this is frustrating, it is easy to fix. In the permissions for each user is the "view only" permissions which limit the user access to insureds, policies, tasks, service requests, and opportunities assigned to a user. To open up a user's access simply uncheck the desired permission and select Update at the bottom. The agent will then need to log out and log back in to see the update to their account.
