Please keep in mind that the system has built-in restrictions that prevent the processing of certain heavy operations that lock down the system for the rest of the users.   Exporting IFF reports is one such process.  Therefore, we suggest the following:

  1. Try to limit the export to no more than 2500 records. For example, if the report you are trying to export contains over 5500 records, to avoid an Oops message segment the IFF report into a smaller number of records.
  2. Also, the time of day may have an effect on the timeout error message result.  Please try to run such reports before or after normal business hours.
